Writing a Will can be a complex and worrying task for many people. Our professional, friendly service aims to make this process easy to understand, practical and sensible giving you absolute peace of mind for the future.
What do we offer you?
One of the most common reasons for not making a Will is the lack of time to be able to visit a legal adviser. We will visit you at home saving you time and money.
- We will give you all the guidance and time needed to make a Will that will truly reflect your wishes.
- We will contact your Executors and Guardians to explain their duties and to give them an independent opportunity to say “no”, rather than take on the commitment in a half-hearted manner.
- You will be supplied with a draft copy of your Will giving you the chance to ensure that the contents reflect your wishes. Attached to it there will be an “Explanation of Clauses” document to explain what we have said in your Will.
- You retain the ownership of the Will at all times.
- In the event of your demise your Executors will be able to obtain Grant of Probate without the need to instruct a legal adviser.
Our charge for a double Will is £95.00 and £55.00 for a single.
